so here’s the story

I had my phone on the table, which has this cover on it. rob sits down, says hello, and when he sees my phone he pulls it over to read it. he then goes “what? no room for chuck?” we laugh and I say “there’s plenty of room!”. the girl next to me pulls out a marker pen and I give it to rob. he says “no I couldn’t!” but I basically tell him that he has to. so he starts to write, marker clutched tight in his hand, laughing and telling us how he doesn’t know how to draw “that and symbol”. he gives it a valiant try, however, and… doesn’t quite get it right.

but I have a unique phone cover and the exact moment in time I fell in love with rob benedict. :’)

Definitely the cutest story I’ve ever read in my life.

‘Cause people seem to only post the 20-something Audrey Hepburn

this is genuinely the first photo i’ve seen of her looking older

I didn’t know Audrey Hepburn grew old into a bomb-ass old lady until like, last year. I thought she died young cuz that’s the only pictures I’ve ever seen.

looking old ” Looking old? She doesnt LOOK old, she is old in this picture. Aging happens to everyone and its a very real and very natural process. You never see photos of her in old age because in our society, we deem the old and wrinkley as “ugly” and “elderly”. We basically cast them away for something that everyone goes through (aging). Its very sad. Maybe people dont want to realize that even someone as beautiful as audrey hepburn will get wrinkles one day. Audrey died in 1993. That may be another reason why “recent” photos of her arent uploaded or published very often. She was 63 years old when she passed away. I have a feeling not many people know this. Sorry for the rant. I work with elderly people and the way we devalue them because of their age and how “old they look” really irks me.

I love this photo of Audrey, I like that her eyes are still bright and she is smiling like she knows the biggest secret. She was an amazing woman.
